Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all plant equipment in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Safely Install, repair and maintain all plant equipment.
- Greasing all equipment at scheduled specific times.
- Report all plant issues to plant management.
- Completion of all projects within time and budget.
- Participation in all plant safety activities.
- Participate in all plant audits.
- Operate plant equipment (frontend loader, skid steer and any other equipment as needed in a safe manner according to the safety policy.
- Assist in plant cleanup when needed.
Education
- High School or Vocational School graduate.
Skills
- Some experience with maintenance and operation of heavy equipment and or asphalt plants.
- Good mechanical aptitude when it comes to repairing / fabricating equipment.
- Highly motivated and Self Starter.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to perform all physical requirements of the position.
- General knowledge of plant operations.
