Turn Tech/Groundskeeper
Immediate opening for a Turn/Maintenance Tech to join our team at Windsor Landing an established 280 unit Class A multi-family community in Mathews, NC

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preform all make ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in including painting, cleaning and other necessary tasks
• complete maintenance service requests as assigned
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Inspect grounds daily and remove all trash, pet waste and the like to maintain company's standard for curb appeal. Pressure wash breezeways and common areas as scheduled
• Maintain and clean the pool and pool area
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Ability to be on your feet much of the day and work outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations.

• Minimum of one year experience in community management maintenance including painting, dry wall, trim, light plumbing and light electrical work.
• Must have experience using hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
