Umbrella Properties is seeking a full-time maintenance employee to join residential repair team. We are a regionally owned property management company with over 3,000 units in the Eugene and Bend area. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, and completing maintenance requests in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the apartment community and to provide a quality living environment for residents. Successful Maintenance Technicians will be customer service focused, possess a sense of urgency, and be responsive to resident and team member needs.

Requirements:
-Minimum experience necessary, training provided
-Ability to meet deadlines, integrity, and a good work ethic
-Must possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Pre-employment drug test and background check
