Our Maintenance Technicians:
Perform routine building maintenance tasks
Report needed repairs or replacements of equipment and tools to their supervisor
Make notes of any problems found, or residents' comments, and turns them in daily to the supervisor
Performs daily rounds and check of various safety systems as assigned, including completing related record keeping
Other duties as assigned
What you need to succeed:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous specialized training or work experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting (preferred, not required)
Must be able to follow oral and written directions and instruction in English.
Physical Requirements include:
May need to lift up to 50lbs, including pushing, pulling.
Able to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding, maintenance-related tasks inside and outside of the building. Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment
