Maintenance Supervisor

We are in need of a Maintenance Supervisor for a luxury highrise in King of Prussia, PA. The successful candidate should be well organized and have solid maintenance background.

We are searching for a dedicated, experienced professional to lead a team of maintenance technicians at this property. The successful candidate should be well organized and have solid maintenance background.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Ability to cohesively work with the Property Manager to accomplish goals and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Respond to and make all necessary repairs for existing tenants;
• General maintenance of common areas and mechanical rooms;
• Perform preventive maintenance around the properties
• Perform, maintain and track work orders
• Carpentry / HVAC / plumbing / light electrical / boilers / drain cleaning / framing and drywall / appliance installation
• Handle leaks, floods, fire, water damage
• Direct team of technicians with the ability to motivate and coach staff to meet performance expectations.
• Must be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies. Orders of materials as needed.
• Must be available to work on-call and in emergency situations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience in the maintenance field
• HVAC experience, certification a plus
• Experience in diagnosing and performing minor or routine maintenance or repair
• General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile and flooring work
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations
• Must have own tools
• Physical requirements: heavy lifting, walking stairs, moving appliances, etc.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
