We have an opening to fill a full-time (40 hours per week + additional hours seasonally) maintenance caretaker position at the newly rehabbed Wellington Woods Apartments. The applicant will be performing apartment maintenance duties in Brockport, NY. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, good customer service skills, is trustworthy, punctual and has general maintenance experience in the areas of painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and minor repairs and aparment turn over. You will be working under and taking direction from the company’s maintenance supervisor.

Forty hours per week, competitive pay commensurate with experience, seasonal overtime, cell phone stipend, health insurance, 401(k), and mileage reimbursement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
