Job description

Seeking a Maintenance Leader to be responsible for the maintenance of all CNC equipment and facilities and plant systems. Duties include:

• Performing needed reactive maintenance on any equipment as requested by Production.
• Maintaining a schedule of preventive maintenance
• Assuring effectiveness and efficiency of preventive maintenance
• Development of and training of personnel in preventive maintenance
• Maintaining parts(maintenance) inventory
• Coordinating with outside maintenance services (production equipment and facilities), as needed.
• Maintaining service records
• Cost estimation
• Supervision and approval of work
• Performing or coordinating any facilities maintenance as approved by managers.
• Performing any equipment/accessory modifications to enhance productivity, eliminate problems.
• Coordinating and assuring proper installation of new equipment.
• Safety Leader-responsible for maintaining proper safety of equipment, infrastructure, and use.
• Completion of any assigned special projects by the production leader/senior engineer.
• KPI: Downtime reduction & repair/maintenance cost reduction

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Two plus years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with CNC Swiss lathes, Citizen preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
