Maintenance Technician - Fabrication Plant

**During the time of this deployment at the client, the successful candidate will have ALL EXPENSES COVERED (accommodation, transportation, gas) upfront and receive a daily $40 per diem**

We are looking for multiple, amazing, and experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team as a full time, W2 employee while we support our client at their facility. As part of our agreement, there is a high probability of a permanent role within 8-12 weeks of being onsite.

Key skills/experience required to excel in this role:

• Expert with troubleshooting of electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Solid knowledge of VFD's and using PLC and Ladder Logic for troubleshooting.
• Welding Skills and experience troubleshooting CNC equipment.
• Proficient with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficient with basic recoveries and point modifications of Robots (ABB preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate all maintenance equipment.
• Perform all electrical and mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance activities on production equipment to ensure customer shipments are met on time.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on production equipment and lift trucks as directed.
• Ensure PM schedule is being met and all projects are completed on time by working with production and scheduling to complete jobs.
• Make repairs to production equipment and the building via work orders, as requested by management, supervisors, and production employees.
• Research and request spare parts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.
• Technical degree or equivalent technical training is required
• Knowledge of robotic controls and programming is required
• Fanuc, Motoman, and ABB Robot experience preferred.
• Must have the capability to troubleshoot ladder logic.
• ABB CNC and AB PLC, VFD's experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic operator machinery, equipment, system preferred
