The Ranch of Opportunity, located in Fayette County, provides residential services to adolescents who require a full spectrum of behavioral health services. The Ranch is now hiring for a full time Maintenance Technician to work at this peaceful property.

Job duties include: This position will ensure properties are maintained properly and effectively and that all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner. This includes general repair work including changing light bulbs, drywall repair, painting, unclogging drains, minor toilet repair, testing water daily and more.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Septic Systems desired.
• High school diploma or above required.
• Previous maintenance, repair, handyman/person, or building experience or training is desired.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Hours: M-F 8:00 to 4:00PM and every other weekend on call (for emergency repairs).

Salary: $20.00/HR. Based on experience.
