POSITION SUMMARY

Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, automation, and robotic, and pneumatic systems.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Meet the expectations and standards set forth by TS16949 and ISO14001
• Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and are ready for operation
• Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand or power tools
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment
• Able to plan for and take corrective action on related problems found
• Able to maintain production and quality by making adjustments
• Test equipment to check operations
• Makes preventative maintenance checks and inspection of equipment
• Repair large plastic injection molding presses
• Must be able to make quick decision and work independent with little supervision
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, similar field, or experience

Experience: Two to four years related experience

Certificates & Licenses: Industrial Maintenance Certification Preferred

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

• Leitchfield, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Plastics injection molding: 2 years (Preferred)
• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
