We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintenance, manufacturing, and food production. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, including ovens and baking machinery
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase efficiency
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance manufacturing processes and equipment, including ovens and baking machinery
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Strong organizational and budget management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
