Pacifica Senior Living is looking for a Maintenance personnel to join our team!

PSDM is a Dynamic property management company. We are always seeking highly motivated, focused, and determined people to join our team!

Maintenance duties include but are not limited to facilitating the successful physical community operations by performing repairs and maintenance (plumbing, painting, light electrical, light HVAC, etc.) of the properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of work orders.
• Assist with move-in/out details. Prepare/repair suites for tenant use.
• Repair plumbing fixtures
• Repair electrical apparatus
• Perform wall texturing, painting, and wall repairs.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual preferred; strong communication, reading and written skills.
• A High School diploma or equivalent certificate and a degree or certificate from a two-year technical school program are preferred.
• Must possess demonstrated success in a similar position.
• May be required to hold valid Driver’s License.
• Possess basic math-solving skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

• Santa Barbara, CA 93101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
