Job description
JOB SUMMARY: This position will serve as the fulfillment specialist for member requested material. You will generate reports and fulfill member requests of printed material by labeling, stuffing, and sealing envelopes with the requested items. This position will also share responsibility of first point of contact for visitors to CommunityCare and will set the stage for a positive experience with us by greeting them and assisting with their needs. This position requires someone with a talent for multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, and outstanding customer service skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES: • Greeting visitors and communicating arrivals to company personnel • Arrange customer service support for visiting customers • Maintains security by ensuring visitors are logged and ID badges assigned • Prepares mailings, forms, and correspondence • Printing member materials • Keeps an inventory of printed materials • Route inbound calls to specific departments or personnel • Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have high attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check • Possess strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft applications • Proven experience as front desk representative or equivalent position • Excellent typing skills EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred • Two years related office or receptionist experience CommunityCare is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin
