Job Title: Document Imaging Processor || Mail Room Clerk
Location : Urbandale, IA 50323 (100% onsite)
Duration: 3-year contract, possibility to convert but not guaranteed
Shift Schedules: (Need to be flexible - various shifts need to be filled, and mandatory Over Time is required)
Mon-Fri:
• 5:00am-1:30pm
• 7:00am-3:30pm
• 8:00am–4:30pm
Also, mandatory shift every 3rd Saturday a month from 5:00am-TBD
*Should expect to work 10-15 hours of Over Time each week.
Responsibilities
- Prep mail according to multiple business units
- Ability to identify various criteria.
- Ability to use multiple scanning machines/applications.
- Operating different tasks throughout the day based on business need.
Skills:
- Attention to detail due to manual processes.
- Experience working in a mailroom or shipping/receiving environment.
- Keyboarding and 10 key experience
- Proficient in keyboarding and 10 key
- Microsoft applications – Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.50 - $16.55 per hour
