The position includes all the necessary equipment, such as ladders, buckets and detergent. The candidate must be able to get to clients' homes, be able to run a variety of equipment, and be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather.

The physical work requirements are as fallow:

· Bending

· Lifting

· Carrying up to 50 LBS

· Climbing Step and ladders from 4 feet high to 8 feet high

· Reaching

· Mopping

· Vacuuming

· Cleaning bathrooms ( including Toilets)

· Window Cleaning ( Interior and Exterior ) Window jobs for single level homes

· Walking

· Climbing up and down stairs sometimes daily

· Moving dining room chairs

Every team member has a 90 day probationary period of training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Port Richey, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Residential cleaning: 1 year (Required)
• Post Construction cleaning, Windows cleaning: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Spanish/English (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
