As one of our Machine Operator’s you are responsible for setting up, running and adjusting the manufacturing equipment to produce a safe, quality, productive product. No two days are the same in this fast-paced factory!

Responsibilities:

More Info on your New Position:

  • Attendance is important! You must be reliable, punctual and consistent.
  • You adjust a variety of equipment in a well-timed manner to maximize outputs.
  • Make minor repairs and aid in troubleshooting.
  • Perform required quality checks and understand the quality standards.
  • Inspecting product for quality & ensure packing requirements are met.
  • Knowledge in the use of these items will be needed: fork lift, measuring tools, an understanding of rings and extruders.
  • Follow and support all Company safety, GMP and HACCP policies.
  • Overtime is readily available in this position
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Three to six months experience working in a manufacturing related field
  • Understanding of air rings and extruders
  • Ability to train new employees
  • Ability to operator a fork lift
  • Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the company
  • Ability to read and understand work orders
  • Ability to work independently
