Spiros Industries is a high volume spring manufacturer serving industrial, automotive and medical industries. We are located just outside West Bend, WI. We're a small company with a high concentration of fantastic people that work together to make each day a success. Come join our 2nd shift team! 2nd shift enjoys an additional $1.00 premium on top of your hourly pay. Plus, 2nd shift works 4 days a week! 2nd shift hours are Mon-Thursday from 3:15pm to 1:45pm. Fridays off.
Your role in supporting Spiros includes the following:
- Running the grinding machines.
- Making adjustments as needed to maintain operation of the automated equipment.
- Ensuring that rates are being met.
- Inspection of springs to ensure quality.
- Making packaging (boxes) as needed.
We're growing! So there is also opportunity for people with initiative to move up in the business - Inspection and setup are potential future roles for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
