WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Providing direct supervision, training and leadership to Caregivers and Medication Technicians
• Assisting the Director of Resident Care Services in the overall coordination and management of our clinical services department supporting regulatory compliance, quality compliance, resident care outcomes and clinical assessments.
• Working collaboratively with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers and families to ensure exceptional continuity of care.
• Assisting with staffing to ensuring adequate nurse and care coverage

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Current LVN/LPN License with CPR Certification
• Manages conflict in a positive and constructive manner
• Ability to efficiently learn and utilize various software systems
• Ability to work schedules assigned in a 24-hour operation when emergency coverage is essential
• Ability to work independently with advanced critical thinking skills
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
