In this LPN role, you will administer medications & treatments, collaborate on individualized treatment plans & consult with nursing peers & physicians to help the people who we support to access the best possible health care available! Our nursing staff benefit from small caseload size, have time to spend with each patient daily and collaborate with an on-site Medical Director.

LPNs require a NYS licensure/certification. CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge. Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred.
