Full Time Monday-Friday

The role of the LPN/RN provides support and collaborations with the Director of Nursing. The LPN/RN is responsible for providing care for residents under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. Responsible for the implementation of care plans based on resident needs. Must have the ability to demonstrate the knowledge of resident care and medication administration. Communicates with Physicians and pharmacy regarding orders, medication and exchange. Serves as a liaison to families and a leader to caregivers.

Applicant requirements:

• Current state license of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• Experience working with residents with dementia (preferred)
• Experience with new Assisted Living regulations (preferred)
• Experience in staff supervision and development (preferred)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Detail oriented
• Sound judgment/good character
