Job Requirements:

-At least one [1] year of LPN experience, facility or home health setting preferred - New grads welcome to apply!

-Valid unrestricted driver’s license and auto insurance

-Must pass criminal background check through Illinois Department of Public Health

-Open availability is preferred but not required

-Willingness to travel a minimum of 30 minutes or more to client's location
