• Train of logistics personnel and enforcement of DOT regulations
• Tracking assurance of DOT audits
• Plan shipments based on product availability and requirements
• Direct, optimize and coordinate order deliveries
• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
• Ensure products are delivered to sites promptly and according to standards
• Schedule shifts for drivers’ staff
• Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing, or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications, and costs
• Schedule maintenance and repairs for a fleet of vehicle
• Provides motivation, support, and guidance to all employees
• Solve and, if necessary, communicate any problems or obstacles to Operations VP
• Maintains effective communication with all operations, support, and management departments
• Ensures that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times

• 2+ years of experience in logistics
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent project management skills
• Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
