Doral Health and Wellness Behavioral Medicine Department is currently seeking a highly qualified LMSW who has a strong knowledge of CBT and other empirically supported treatments to provide treatment to our patients. With a caseload of 30-50 patients weekly.

The caseload will include working with young adults, adults, and senior population who exhibit problems such as ADHD, OCD, GAD, ODD, MDD, mild substance abuse and learning disabilities. We are seeking a FEE FOR SERVICE Mental Health Clinician to work in our Brooklyn clinic to do a mix of psychotherapy and psychosocial assessments. Providing individual, family or collateral psychotherapy to people with mild to severe psychiatric diagnoses and developmental disabilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults and seniors
• Collaborate with outside psychiatrists and other professionals
• Meeting with patients from Brooklyn area
• Must attend meetings as needed
• Being part of a multidisciplinary team (medical doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, etc)
• Provide supervision, treatment planning, intake/assessments

Qualifications:

• Current LMSW in New York State
• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
• Clinical experience with adults/seniors: 3 years
• Some evening hours and Saturdays may be needed
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft office and various EMR systems

Compensation:

• Salary: Starts at $45 per hour based on education, experience, and clinical competencies in the area of behavioral health
