Job Details for Litigation Paralegal-Direct Hire:

  • Schedule: Day shift- flexible to times
  • Pay Rate: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience
  • Direct hire position- 100% on-site

Job Responsibilities & Description for Litigation Paralegal-Direct Hire:

  • Prepare medical chronologies
  • Prepare, analyze, and proofread summaries of documents and other records
  • Obtain information required to comply with subpoenas
  • Request for production of documents, or other forms of pretrial discovery
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs, memorandums, and correspondence
  • Maintain case management system assisting attorneys with organization and maintenance of documents

Job Requirements for Litigation Paralegal-Direct Hire:

  • High school diploma or GED required, associate's degree preferred
  • 3 years of prior General Litigation paralegal experience
  • Proficient in Pro-Law, West law, and e-document management software
