The Pensacola office of Kubicki Draper, is currently seeking an Insurance Defense Legal Paralegal with three or more years of experience, preferably in the areas of first party property and/or general liability.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, first party property and/or general liability, preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Summarizing and chronology of documents and/or timelines
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
• Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel
• Respond to Motions and Discovery
• Must be task orientated.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment
