Culinary experience is required. Must understand mise en place, proper cooking techniques, have excellent knife skills, take pride in every plate and care about guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and advance in the culinary field. Work with some of the best chefs in the area, best locally sourced ingredients, and learn advanced cooking techniques (sous vide and molecular).
