The Snow Lodge - Supper Club
The Snow Lodge Supper Club, located in the St. Regis Hotel in Aspen, CO, is looking for experienced line cooks to join our team. The Snow Lodge is the sister property to the iconic Surf Lodge hotel, restaurant, and bar in Montauk. It will open for the season in mid-December 2022. The venue is part supper club, part lounge with seasonal cuisine, and innovative cocktails designed by the award-winning team behind Dante. Like its Montauk counterpart, The Snow Lodge will highlight a mix of up-and-coming and established artists through its robust art and music programs, with a series of unique art installations, cabaret shows, and unplugged acoustic concerts.

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the chef’s exact specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the Culinary Director, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef with their daily tasks. A successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and acquisition goals. Responsibilities:
- Be a team member who is invested in creating a fun, professional, and caring environment.
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
- Answer, report, and follow Executive or Sous Chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position OR a willingness to learn.
- Passion for food and basic beverage knowledge
- Ability to think on your feet and operate under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Coachable and curious
- Professional, energetic demeanor
- Genuinely hospitable and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize time effectively, forward plan, prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately.
