We are seeking an experienced, friendly cook to join the breakfast and lunch crew at our neighborhood café in Webster Groves.

The Clover and the Bee was founded in 2017, serving Italian-inspired breakfast and lunch menus 7 days a week. While our core menu generally remains unchanged, we do change our menus throughout the seasons, and use the best of local and imported ingredients we can find. Our breakfast menu is not complicated to prepare, as our menu is not egg-heavy, and our lunch menu generally consists of sandwiches, soups, and salads.

A typical day at The Clover and the Bee looks like this:

• Arrive before opening to set up the line for service
• Work through breakfast and lunch, either on the line or performing prep duties
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of kitchen
• Make notes of needed prep items
• Shut down the line after service

We are ideally seeking a full-time employee, however part-time hours are also available. Shifts will typically begin around 7:00 a.m. and end around 3:00 p.m., though some cooks arrive closer to 8:00 a.m.

Pay for this position will be in the range of $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on relevant professional experience.

• Safe, efficient knife skills
