Wood Fired pizza experience preferred but not necessary. Must have experience in a fast paced kitchen environment and comfortable working in an open kitchen setting. Significant room for elevated pay and management training fast-track for the right individual.

The ability to adapt to a busy kitchen environment while working closely with restaurant staff.

Your roles and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

Uphold all safety standards and operational procedures including food and personal safety.

Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation during your shift.

Must be comfortable utilizing tools such as knives, slicers, mixers, and working with hot objects.

Retain new information and recipes at a quick pace.

Open to working rigorous, long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Work well under pressure.

Strong multi-tasking skills.

Strong sense of urgency.

Punctuality, as your team friends will rely on you to accomplish their tasks in a timely manner.

Responsible for opening, downtime, and closing procedures throughout your shift.

Pay will depend on skills and/or qualifications
