Iowa Athletic Club, located Next to the NEW Xtreme Arena, made-from-scratch Restaurant located in Coralville, IA is looking for part-time Line Cooks to join our growing team. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy a team atmosphere, and have the desire to learn and grow, apply today!

Pay: $15 and up based on experience

Schedule: Part-time.Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. PM shift. 10-25 hours per week depending on your availability.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
• Exceptional communication skills- the ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age or older
• 6 months+ of line cook experience preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
