Job description

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to consumers over the phone. You will be expected to use your excellent communication skills and sales experience to educate potential customers on the benefits of our policies and close deals. You will also be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

Base wages paid bi-weekly plus commissions paid monthly.

Monday - Friday

Located in South Jordan

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell life insurance policies
• Answer incoming calls from customers who are interested in our insurance products
• Educate customers on the benefits of our policies and answer any questions they may have
• Process insurance applications and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in life insurance sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
• Must have a valid insurance license in the state you reside in

Additional Information

This is a commission-based position with a target compensation of $100,000 per year. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on your sales performance.
