Insurance Agent / Financial Representative

Responsibilities

  • Client-Facing experience as a Financial Sales Representative is a plus
  • Experience with Insurance, Long Term Care, and Product Knowledge
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Active Life and Health insurance license is a requirement
  • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a requirement

Qualifications

  • Required: Obtain a CA State Agent Life, Accident, and Health License
  • Prospecting Skills and Networking Skills
  • Working Natural Market, Book of Business, and Contacts for cross-referral
  • Additional FINRA Exams for advanced Securities Licenses: SIE, Series 6 and 63, or a 7 and 66
  • 4-year College Degree is preferred, but not required
  • Professional Demeanor and Attitude are a must in a Corporate environment
  • Ability to work with other agents for joint work - leveraging each other's strengths
  • Coachable and receptive to learning
  • Sociable lifestyle with an Amiable Personality
  • Proficient at learning through Group Classes, Self-study, and One-on-One mentoring
  • Social Media and technology savvy
