We have FT, PT and per diem LPN opportunities available in our Skilled Nursing Facility

Urgent need for FT 2nd and 3rd shift LPNS. 30 Hour work week.

3rd shift 22.5 hour week schedule available.

Generous shift differentials!

• 2nd Shift $2.00 Hour
• 3rd Shift $2.50 Hour
• Weekend $2.00 Hour

Your responsibilities will include

• Directing and supervising the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants
• Being the first point of contact for the care associates regarding assignment questions or concerns
• Coordinating care needs with community providers via an effective case management process

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse program (per state requirements)
• Current state licensed as an LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse (as required by state regulation) and CPR certification
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirable

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
