Job Duties

• In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
• Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
• Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
• Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents

Qualifications & Key Characteristics

• LPN license for the state of Pennsylvania (required upon hire)

• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English to safely and effectively perform duties

• Possess a true passion for excellence in nursing care

• Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
