Traditions of Lebanon is a newly opened upscale senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care options to our residents.
We have a 1 full-time and 2 part-time LPN / RN openings. The hours are 6am-6pm (FT) and 6am-6pm (PT), includes every other weekend.
We offer great full time benefits, Shift Differentials, a $250 monthly attendance bonus, a free meal per shift, and much more.

Job Duties:
- Coordinates patient care and non-patient care by developing and distributing written nursing assignments for each employee which outlines residents to be cared for and other duties to be executed during the shift.
- Monitors delivery of care and services throughout shift to ensure needs are met, tasks are completed, including complete and accurate resident documentation.
- Provides orientation, trains, and develops staff by identifying learning needs while taking opportunities to teach on the unit.
- Completes required documentation of care and services delivered during shift including subjective findings, objective symptoms, interventions, and resident responses to interventions.
- Performs physical assessment of new admissions and current residents as indicated by change in condition or as required by regulation.
Education & Qualifications:
- Current active Ohio Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- CPR Certification.
- Prior experience as a Nurse or similar supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
