$2,500 Sign-on bonus available* | Full-Time | 72 hours every two week pay period | Nights | Every other weekend and holiday
JOB SUMMARY:
RN identifies and implements nursing interventions that have predictable outcomes, and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. Required to assume leadership and supervisory skills to manage staff issues and resident care.
PAY:
- $30.88/hr adjusted for experience
- $3,500 Sign-on bonus available*
- Shift differential for night shift
- $5,000 Relocation bonus available**
EDUCATION:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 2 years experience in direct care preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota
- Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, employees, the general public, and other providers
*To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
** Relocation bonus requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Care Center and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
