- Those who have been chosen to be a part of our team will work within our contracted LTC facilities within the Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Chester & Bucks counties, as either one of our employees (LPN, part-time or full-time positions) or as an independent contractor that accepts (4,6 & 12-week assignments). Prospective employees are expected to accept shifts and get started working within days of accepting the current position. Employees are expected to complete all daily charting of their assignments and clock in/out of every shift assigned

Pay Rates:
- $36-$38/hr. for all LPN Positions.
- $39-40/hr. Contracted Assignments.
- $43-$44/hr. Correctional Facilities Positions
Facilities:
A few of the third-party facilities that we are contracted with are within the Philadelphia, Delaware, Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester counties areas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years or more of long-term care experience.
- Recent COVID-19 testing & vaccination.
