Part Time Overnight Shift 24hrs/ppp (11:00pm - 7:00am) $1,500 Sign On Bonus

We are a Medical Care Home that provide 24hr services to medically fragile individuals (Currently 4 clients). that require 2 LPN/RN's on per shift, with a 2:1 client/nurse ratio. We are located on the shores of Sugar Lake,7 miles off of I-94. While in business for over 20 years, we have taken great responsibility in our services provided to the Clients and Family.

Client care includes but not limited to:

  • Ventilator
  • Tracheostomy
  • JT/GT
  • Wound Care
  • Respiratory Treatment
  • ADL's

Responsibilities:

  • Institutes appropriate nursing intervention which might be required to stabilize a resident's condition and/or prevent complication.
  • Makes daily resident rounds to interview physical and emotional status and to implement any required nursing interventions.
  • Responds to resident and family concerns and ensures that each concern is documented and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.
  • Obtains report from nurse he or she is relieving, provides report to nurse coming on duty and keeps the charge nurse or others (as appropriate) informed about the status of residents.

Must have a valid MN Nursing License, CPR Certification (Infant and Adult) or the ability to obtain one.


License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • Nursing License (Required)
