Mid-sized Tucson law firm seeks an energetic, organized, experienced, full-time legal assistant with a minimum 2-5 years of experience, knowledge, and skills in probate/estate planning.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support to lawyers
• Keep matters organized by establishing and organizing client files
• Preparation of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Preparation of deeds and various types of agreements and contracts.

Additional requirements:

• Self-starter with strong initiative and organization skills
• Excellent editing, formatting, and proofreading skills.
• Exemplary communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
