THE JOB

We are looking for the Lead Pediatric Physician for our clinic in Oceanside, CA –

Requirements for Lead Pediatric Physician Include:

• Active and Clear California Medical License
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Completion of Accredited Residency
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Practice Experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a Plus
• Peer Review, Quality, and Patient Satisfaction Activities
• Evaluation, Guidance and Education of other Providers and Medical Support Staff

TrueCare Primary Care Centers offer several health care services for adults , including:

• Chronic Disease Management
• Immunizations
• Cardiovascular (heart) conditions
• Integrated behavioral health services
• Minor procedures
• Hearing and vision screenings

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program bonus. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
