Shift: 6:00 AM start time, 5 consecutive work days, 2 consecutive days off per week (must work weekends) Overtime as needed.

At ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC we are passionate about making sure all of our iconic Coca-Cola products get to your local store, restaurant, cafeteria, or vending machines quickly and efficiently.

The Full-Service Driver is responsible for delivering happiness to our customers across a specific route On Time and In Full. You will also be replenishing vending machines at all points of availability within established accounts. Collects and is accountable for the money. You will be an Ambassador for the world’s most recognized brand to customers and consumers alike.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain clean and organized back-room and manage trade breakage in assigned accounts.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.
• Maintain professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers.
• Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.
• Maintain Merchandising standards while rotating products in designated accounts.
• Will train new or existing merchandisers on standard merchandising activities and procedures.
• Help determine stores’ product needs and support maintenance of inventory levels will place and transmit appropriate orders.
• Point of contact for merchandisers while in the trade in the absence of a Merchandising Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School - GED or Diploma.
• 2-4 years of general work experience; to include but not limited to, communication skills, teamwork, ability to follow an ordering methodology, math skills, and business judgment skills.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid Driver's Licenses, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Pallet jack certification as required.
