Stratton Amenities is a full-service concierge solution providing luxury, hotel-style front desk concierge services for upscale apartments and condominium buildings. Our mission is to create the most hospitable experience for our associates, residents and clients.
The Lead Concierge/Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the concierge team, customer service and assistance to residents and guests at one of our luxury residential properties. We are seeking energetic, personable, and professional individuals to provide outstanding leadership for our associates and impeccable service for our residents and guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedules and coordinates the concierge team
- Manage schedule requests and call offs accordingly
- Greets and screens visitors and vendors to the property. Monitors guest and resident traffic access to the building.
- Documents and escalates concerns and issues to management as necessary.
- Handles calls and assists with resident requests.
- Coordinates resident services and deliveries.
- Maintains general lobby access control and door services
- Provides leasing information and schedules appointments for prospects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive hospitality or high-level guest service experience
- Leadership and supervisory skills and experience
- Ability to anticipate resident needs and exceed expectations
- Training & Development experience
- Attention to detail
- Exceptionally enthusiastic and positive individual
- Problem solver
