Moraine Builders is expanding our carpentry crews! We are seeking a motivated individual to lead a carpentry crew. Moraine Builders is located at W3329 Sunset Road in Sheboygan Falls.

• This is a full time, year around position
• Crews generally work from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday thru Friday
• Crew structure is generally Lead Carpenter, Carpenter, and Laborers as needed
• Jobsites are usually within 45 minutes of Sheboygan Falls.
• Offering competitive wages based on experience and skill level.

The primary roles and responsibilities of the Lead Carpenter include but are not limited to the following:

• Effectively and efficiently manage a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
• Day to day site supervision of all carpentry and sub-trade work flow and project requirements
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and sub-trade work
• Interfacing with owners to ensure good communication and respond to questions and concerns
• Meeting with inspectors for rough and finish inspections

Other requirements include:

• Prior experience in most areas of responsibility and prior project management experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Tool belt and personal hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
