Diamond Gulf Rentals is a Miramar Beach-based vacation rental company is looking for an experienced member to join our team! We are a boutique style vacation management company who manages a small number of elite homes between central Destin and on the West end of 30a. We are looking for a very detailed person to manage our Linen room and be a lead runner. This is a Full-Time Position, Sunday's mandatory during prime rental weeks.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Our Warehouse is Air Conditioned and Heated!

• Packing linen bags and amenity bags for housekeepers
• Touch up cleanings, spruce cleans when needed, home inventories in off season months.
• Running misc items to homes when needed (e.i. Coffee maker, iron, etc)
• Assisting with teaching new housekeepers and Laundry attentants our procedures - You will be a lead Laundry Assistant

Requirements:

• Provide 3-5 professional references - past supervisors, employees, housekeepers, vendors
• Must be reliable, dedicated, friendly, dress and speak professionally
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must be available to work weekends seasonally and when needed
• Must be very focused, organized and detailed
• This is a physical job, must be able to bend, lift 50 lbs, and climb stairs.
• Must be good with people and giving instruction to cleaners
• Must have a smart phone and be able to keep up with multiple apps throughout the day
• Must take direction well
