Latin America Channel Sales Manager (Commercial Printing Solutions)
Job description
We are hiring a Latin America Channel Sales Manager (Commercial Printing Solutions) responsible for directing and achieving significant growth of the Company’s commercial offset, wide format and packaging business via selling through direct-to-customer, distributors, dealers and Fujifilm sister companies. Our ideal candidate will have experience within the industry as well as experience managing channel sales in Latin America so they can effectively manage their has strategic and operational responsibilities for international operations across Latin America and will direct and oversee the organization's channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. They will set short- and long-term channel sales strategies, evaluate effectiveness of current programs, and recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. This person will lead and direct the work of others in the execution of day-to-day delivery of services.
This position is remote, ideally based in the Miami, FL area.
The Graphic Communications Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US. We deliver world class, state of the art solutions for Ink Jet Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format, Offset Plates, Packaging, and a full range of traditional Offset supplies. In addition, we are the industry leder in Color Standardization and G7 implementation.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage selling via direct-to-customer, dealers, distributors, and sales staff
- Work with distributors to set goals and strategies and achieve agreed sales targets
- Provide proper product information, set the budget, and motivate the distributors
- Develop relationships and structure partnerships with channel partners to support company growth
- Support joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Periodically review their performance
- Review and monitor the competitor’s channel activity; evaluate their capability at the region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Support and represent the company in Distributor Board Meetings, trade functions and shows
- Sales reporting as required by the company and management staff
- Prioritize projects and assignments efficiently and effectively, often while completing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Provide feedback to other departments as requested
- Work with other departments for optimum support – supply chain, administration, etc.
- Work closely with international staff to manage & direct the business – FSAO, FFCO, and international staff in Hanover Park
Required Skills/Education
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Operations or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business operations, sales, customer service, continuous improvement, or related field
- Experience in the development & implementation of strategic sales plans and global operational strategies, scenarios, recommendations, and decisions based on comprehensive data analyses and benchmarking
- Proven success in collaborating and influencing multiple functions and groups to achieve desired goals
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills with an understanding of international and domestic financials
- Ability to prioritize, lead and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style while maintaining a commitment to accomplishing goals
- Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships
- The ability to effectively develop and deliver a customer focused presentation designed to articulate products and services and how they will be delivered and maintained
- Ability to control business expenses and effectively use company money
- Language fluency in English and Spanish
- Maintains an understanding of all available company resources and how and when to deploy them during sales campaigns
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of industry products and technology
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Possess necessary skills/attributes to include excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 30% - 50% - domestic and international
- Has valid passport and visas (as necessary) required for travel
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and SalesForce.com
Desired Skills
- Master’s Degree in International Business, International Operations, or related field
- Multi-language capabilities
- Advanced Excel reporting, analysis, and data modeling skills
