Job description
- PTO – 80 hrs. (based on 2,000 hours annually)
- Profit share – employees share a portion of the end of the fiscal year profit
- Performance-based pay – wage and raises are crew decisions
- Ownership opportunity – eligibility can be acquired after three years
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop located outside northwest Arvada
- 3+ years of residential landscape construction or related work experience is preferred
- Reliable and on time every day
- Good references from recent employers
- Passion for learning
- Ability to be accountable and hold others accountable
