We are growing and need a creative, enthusiastic, and experienced Landscape Designer to help create functional outdoor living spaces for homeowners and businesses, estimate plans, and sell work.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to determine their landscape wants and needs.

- Conduct site analysis of existing lot conditions and document with notes and pictures.

- Review and understand plans, proposed changes, and necessary documents.

- Manage, build, maintain, represent, and sustain company relationships with HOA’s, Builders, and Vendors.

- Anticipate and maintain client needs with positive solutions in a suitable manner and provide honest and candid feedback to client regarding their perceptions of ideas, products, and services being provided to maximize client retention.

- Respond to and generate hot and cold phone call leads on all inquiries and requests for bids in a timely manner.

- Follow up on sales leads and make sales to achieve sales goals set by management

- Verify material prices with vendors

- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and lift/ move up to 30lbs

Qualifications:

- Formal education in landscape construction, sales, horticulture or 4+ years of experience using these skills.

- Sales experience is a must

- Proficient with AutoCAD, DynaSCaPE, or Pro Landscape design software

- Familiar with landscape materials to include wood, gravel, mulches, pavers, block, and stone

- Excellent communication skills

- Self-starting initiative to pursue sales without prompting of management

- Basic understanding of materials and labor costing

- Must Possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record

- Fluent in English

- Team player who will take initiative and be willing to do things outside of job description

- Excited to design, create, and help clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
