ROW AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve as surface owner liaison when necessary; Make independent decisions within established parameters on how to best approach surface owners and proceed with agreement negotiations;
- Conduct negotiations with surface owners, attorneys and companies to acquire surface agreements, amendments, curative, etc.;
- Explain project to surface owners, including expectations, procedures, ownership breakdowns, construction, timing and financial arrangements;
- Pull necessary title documents to support leasing operations
- Review and understand agreement packets and other necessary documents related to transaction
