Our client in Hatfield, MA is looking to fill the position for 2 Label Room Associates.

This is a first shift position.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. Label all bags as required using the labeling machine and glue for the fertilizer plant.

2. Must be able to label a minimum of 1000 bags per hour with the help of one other labeler and must label a minimum of 1500 bags per hour with the help of two labelers.

3. Maintain inventory of labels and bags, storing the bags properly.

4. Operate plant fertilizer equipment which includes but is not limited to bagging, sewing, palletizing or stacking product.

5. Must be able to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.

6. Keep work area in a neat and orderly manner.

7. Perform general housekeeping and other sanitation duties.

8. Perform all other duties as assigned.

9. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School education preferred but not required.

2. Must possess a valid forklift certification.

3. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
