Job description

• Assist with monitoring daily IVF lab emails/phone calls and forwarding messages/urgent messages to Embryologists and/or the IVF lab director in a timely manner
• Receive, print and organize procedure notifications and related paperwork in the “upcoming procedure” binder
• Monitor and post daily schedule and setup daily procedure folders
• Assisted with data entry, scanning and filing of IVF lab records
• To assist upon request including but not limited to: scheduling biopsy sample pick-ups, supply ordering/receiving, sample ID witnessing, etc.
• Manage embryo donation inventory (currently on hold, but occasionally need adding/deleting)
• Organize and assist in preparing IVF Lab records and consents for disposition and/or transferring frozen specimens in/out of PFCLA
• Intake of supplies delivered and proper stocking
• Intake of specimen tanks delivered to the IVF lab and tank return
• Assist with creating Matcher accounts and verifying information is correct
• Assist with communication between clinical team and the IVF lab team
• Assist upon request with lab cleaning and upkeep
• Assist upon request with gathering data for lab statistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
